APC Merger Runs Into Problems.
The attempt by the merging parties, All Progressives Congress, (APC) to get registered with INEC has run into a fresh trouble this afternoon as a faction of the Congress for Progressive Change, (CPC), is alleging of a plot by two members of Tony Momoh-led faction toconnive with officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to undermine the provisions of the Electoral Act.
The Original INEC certificate of registration issued to CPC is still seized by a faction of the party and the absence of this document will automatically mean that the APC application will be rejected by the Nigerian Election umpire
